Step 1 | 一:客戶溝通/委托測(cè)試 確認(rèn)需要送檢的機(jī)構(gòu),測(cè)試、認(rèn)證、驗(yàn)廠、驗(yàn)貨、校準(zhǔn)項(xiàng)目 ① : 確認(rèn)需要對(duì)應(yīng)機(jī)構(gòu)以及索取檢測(cè),認(rèn)證,驗(yàn)廠,驗(yàn)貨,校準(zhǔn)服務(wù)的相應(yīng)申請(qǐng)表 ② : 郵件確認(rèn)大致費(fèi)用 ③ : 郵件確認(rèn)服務(wù)需求的申請(qǐng)材料和樣品數(shù)量 ④ : 郵件確認(rèn)服務(wù)周期 Step 1 confirm the submission of organization and item of tesing,Audit,inspection,calibration ①: Recognizing the organization," obtain the corresponding application forms authentication, testing audit, certification inspection, calibration services ②: Mail confirmation Approximate cost ③: Mail confirmation the application materials and number of tested samples for service ④: Mail confirmation service period | |||||||

| 第二步: 簽訂合同/填寫測(cè)試申請(qǐng)表 申請(qǐng)人需完整填寫檢測(cè)所提供的測(cè)試申請(qǐng)表,并在申請(qǐng)表上簽字蓋章,認(rèn)可填寫的內(nèi)容準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤(由于申請(qǐng)表所填信息會(huì)出現(xiàn)在最終報(bào)告中,請(qǐng)認(rèn)真填寫,如需退樣或?qū)嶋H退樣地址與寄送報(bào)告地址不同,請(qǐng)?jiān)谏暾?qǐng)表上注明) 注:補(bǔ)測(cè)需重新提供測(cè)試申請(qǐng)表 Step 2 Applicants are required to complete application The applicant need to fill in the application form provided by ITTSC. The forms should be stamped with official seals and signed after all the information has been carefully checked as accurate by the applicant (The information in the application form will be included in the report, for this reason, the form is to be filled in with great care. If the address for returning the samples is different from the address that the report is to be sent to, it needs to be stated in the application form). The applicant needs to re-apply if the sample need to be retested. | |||||||
Step 3 | 第三步: 準(zhǔn)備申請(qǐng)材料,接收樣品 申請(qǐng)人按照申請(qǐng)的項(xiàng)目要求準(zhǔn)備申請(qǐng)材料和樣品 Step 3 Prepare documents and samples As required in the application procedure,all related documents and tested sample should be prepared by applicant. | |||||||
Step 4 | 第四步: 安排付款 非月結(jié)客戶請(qǐng)?jiān)诜?wù)開始后的3個(gè)工作日內(nèi)付款,并提供電匯憑證 。 注:如果在服務(wù)開始后的3個(gè)工作日內(nèi)未收到款項(xiàng),測(cè)試或其他服務(wù)將被臨時(shí)中止,直到相關(guān)費(fèi)用結(jié)清 如果由于申請(qǐng)人的原因取消測(cè)試,則費(fèi)用的支付將不予退還。 如果得到負(fù)面結(jié)果,我司保留中斷測(cè)試的權(quán)利。如果提供新樣品的進(jìn)一步測(cè)試(每個(gè)檔案只有一個(gè)),如果這意味著技術(shù)成本的增加,申請(qǐng)人將有義務(wù)接受條件和新預(yù)算。 Step 4 Payment Not monthly payment clients need to settle the payment within three workdays after the service is under way, a proof of payment should be provided. Note: if we fail to receive your payment proof within three workdays, the service will be suspended until all the payment has been settled. If cancellation of the tests is due to causes attributable to the applicant, the payment of the General Costs will not be refunded. ITTSC reserves the right to interrupt the tests if negative results are obtained. If further tests on new samples are offered (only one per dossier), the applicant will be obliged to accept the conditions and new budget in the event that this implies an increase in Technical Costs. | |||||||
Step 5 | 第五步: 出具檢測(cè)報(bào)告、證書 當(dāng)測(cè)試或其他服務(wù)完成后,我司客服人員將第一時(shí)間按照申請(qǐng)表中提供的郵箱地址發(fā)送電子版測(cè)試報(bào)告、證書 。 Step 5 Completion of application, provision of testing reports and certificates When testing and other services are completed, Customer Service officer will immediately send the testing report as well as the certificate in the electronic version to the e-mail address stated in the application form. | |||||||
